Terms and Conditions
Not to allow any space to misunderstandings, we would kindly ask for you to follow the below corporate principals.
Financial Terms:
- Min MOQ is 5000$ per year for credit card (& installement) payments. Below is only cash based.
- No discount would be applied for the orders below 1200$.
- No delivery for the orders below 300$.
- +10% discount will be applied upon cash or credit cart payments.
- Delivery will be initiated upon the payment. Not prior.
- Open accounts are not allowed. Payment first approach.
Operational Terms:
- TCMB (Central Bank) daily exchange rates are refered for $ and € based products.
- Hortumsan is entitled to change prices and relevant conditions without informing its clientele beforehand. Please refer to our website or sales personelle frequently to get the latest terms.
- Clients can not claim any rights for past-due campaigns..
- In-istanbul deliveries are free. Other cities are under the clients’ responsability.
- Clients can not claim any rights for late or mis deliveries upon unavoidable reasons (wheather, holiday etc).
- Any misdeliveries resulting from our own mistake must be reported back to us within 5 workdays. The request will be handled as soon as possible without any delays.
